West Hollywood Library

West Hollywood Library also known as Library Park of West Hollywood is a future visiting card for the City of West Hollywood. The architectural and engineering design features wide open reading halls, children’s theater, public assembly rooms, and educational centers.

Southland HVAC & Construction is currently installing and testing HVAC Systems. HVAC system features Rooftop Air Handling Units with closed loop chilled and hot hydronic water feeds, custom built packaged chiller/ cooling tower system, reheat variable air volume zoning system, and sophisticated remotely controlled and integrated Building Automation and Energy Management System. All sheet metal ducting was self fabricated and delivered to the project.
