Southland HVAC & Construction installed and tested the HVAC Systems at Mira Costa High School which has been split into three Phases. The HVAC system features high efficiency fan coils and roof top units with displacement ventilation, serving individual classrooms within the building. The new Central Plant was built, serving the buildings hydronic needs.
HVAC energy management system, integrated with Domestic water service system provides complete control and building automation. DDC offers remote air quality control and diagnostic access for the School District. All of the sheet metal ducting, refrigeration piping, hydronic piping, hot water boiler, pumps, expansion tank, exhaust fans and other HVAC specialties were delivered to the location and being installed by Southland HVAC & Construction.
