This property used to belong to the Deauville Marina Apartments which was torn down in 2004 to make way for Esprit Marina Del Rey, a condominium Complex consisting of 4 buildings located in the harbor with 437 individual units. The property boasts spectacular views of the Pacific.
Southland HVAC & Construction built and installed the HVAC system for the entire complex including common areas and the parking garage. All sheet metal ducting and HVAC required stainless steel were self fabricated and delivered to the project.
Due to the properties location along the coast, this project was especially challenging as an additional set of terms and conditions provided by the Coastal Commission had to be followed to the letter.
