Southland HVAC & Construction built, installed and tested and commissioned the first phase of the HVAC Systems and is currently working on the phase two of the project. HVAC system features Trane Air Handling Units with closed loop chilled and hot hydronic water feed, reheat variable air volume zoning system, and advanced populated with remotely integrated Building Automation and Energy Management System. sheet metal ducting was self fabricated and delivered to the project.
