City Kitchen is a gourmet restaurant located on the ground floor of a 14 story building in downtown Los Angeles. The restaurant required a sophisticated exhaust system which would exhaust all cooking and grease smoke out through the building’s roof.

Southland HVAC & Construction built, installed and tested the HVAC and Kitchen Exhaust systems throughout the restaurant. All sheet metal grease duct and Stainless Steel vent hoods for the restaurant were self fabricated and delivered to the project.
